How Columbia Northwest Engineering switched from SignNow
- customers
Columbia Northwest Engineering used to get its documents signed through SignNow. They moved to eSignStack back when it was still called Papyrus, and owner Kritt Moore was kind enough to tell us how it went:
“Switching to Papyrus (now eSignStack) has cut our costs by more than half while allowing us to send nearly four times the envelopes. Their support team is incredibly responsive, and the overall experience has been excellent.”
— Kritt Moore, Owner, Columbia Northwest Engineering
Paying less and sending more
Two things stand out in that quote. Their bill fell by more than half, and they now send nearly four times as many envelopes.
Those usually pull in opposite directions. On eSignStack’s paid plans, sending from the app is unlimited, and one price covers the whole team, so sending more doesn’t push the bill up.
What we hear from them
The short version: it saved them a lot of money, it does everything they need, and it’s easy to use. That’s exactly what we’re building for.
Switching yourself
Moving over doesn’t take long:
- Make a free account. No card needed.
- Upload the documents you send most and save them as templates. There’s no limit on how many.
- Send your first envelope, or share a signing link.

See the plans, or compare eSignStack with DocuSign.
