What unlimited means on our paid plans.
Unlimited envelopes
Unlimited means normal use by your own organization. If your volume is far outside normal or puts the service at risk, we’ll get in touch to agree a plan that fits. We won’t block your account without talking to you first. Spam and automated abuse can be blocked straight away.
API and MCP
Envelopes sent through the API, or by an AI assistant over MCP, count toward your plan’s monthly API allowance. Test envelopes never count.
